The GoMA program is run jointly in the US and Canada by Lew Incze at the University of Southern Maine and Peter Lawton at the Center for Marine Biodiversity. Their research labs and offices are housed in two locations: the Gulf of Maine Research Institute in Portland, Maine and the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
